In an earlier vlog, I talked about highly ineffective managers who portray the trait or habit of micro-managing. If there is one type of boss employees dread, it’s the micromanager i.e. the overly controlling boss who constantly breathes down one’s neck, lacks trust in his or her subordinates, wants to manage every aspect of one’s work product and basically does not give one room for empowerment.
